Holidays: questions hosts ask
Does it use a lot of mobile data?
Photos are resized on the phone to a maximum of 1920 pixels before upload, which keeps them small. Videos are sent as recorded, so they use more.
Can we keep adding photos after we get home?
Yes, until the upload window closes: 7, 14 or 90 days from the date you enter, depending on the plan.
Can everyone see everyone's photos?
Each person sees their own uploads until you unlock the full album for them, which you do from the guest list.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan your QR code with their phone camera, or open your link, and upload from the browser. There's no app and no account. It works on iPhone and Android.
How much does it cost?
One payment per event, from £19. There's no subscription. The plans differ in how many uploads they take, how long uploads stay open and how much storage you get.
