For guests
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan your QR code with their phone camera, or open your link, and upload from the browser. There's no app and no account. It works on iPhone and Android.
How do guests upload photos?
They tap "Take a photo" or "From library", choose as many photos and videos as they like (up to 30 at a time), add their name if they want to, and tap Share.
Can guests upload videos?
Yes, on every plan. Each file can be up to 50 MB.
Are photos uploaded at full size?
Photos are resized on the guest's phone to a maximum of 1920 pixels on the longest side before they're sent. That keeps uploads quick on venue wifi and is plenty for viewing and standard prints. Videos are uploaded as recorded.
Can guests leave a message?
Yes. There's an optional message box on the upload page, and you'll see each message with the guest's name in your dashboard.
Privacy and control
Who can see the photos?
You can see everything in your dashboard. Each guest sees only what they uploaded from their own phone, unless you unlock the full gallery for them. There's no public gallery and event pages are hidden from search engines.
Can I check photos before they appear?
Yes. When you create your event, choose "I approve each photo before it appears". Otherwise photos are added straight away, and you can hide or delete any of them later.
Can I delete a photo?
Yes. Hide it to keep it out of the gallery, or delete it to remove the file permanently.
Who can upload?
Anyone who has your QR code or link, while the upload window is open. Only share it with your guests.
Plans and payment
How much does it cost?
One payment per event, from £19. There's no subscription. The plans differ in how many uploads they take, how long uploads stay open and how much storage you get.
How do I pay?
Securely through PayPal at checkout. You can pay with a PayPal account or with a debit or credit card. If you have a promo code, enter it at checkout.
When does the upload window start?
Your guest link works as soon as you've paid. The upload window (7, 14 or 90 days, depending on the plan) is counted from your event date, so you can set everything up well in advance.
What does the QR card cost?
Your QR code link is always included. Designing a printable card in the card studio is free; downloading it as a print-ready PNG or PDF costs £2 unless your plan includes it. Printed cards are 50p each (standard) or 75p (laminated), minimum 10, with no extra postage charge.
After the event
How do I see and save the photos?
Log in and open your event. Every photo and video is there with the name of the guest who shared it. Open any file to view it full size or save it.
What happens when the upload window closes?
Guests can no longer upload, but you can still log in and see everything in your dashboard.
