Class Of 2026 Prom: questions hosts ask

Can a school or prom committee run it?

Yes. Whoever creates the event manages the gallery, approves photos and decides who can see the full collection.

Who can see the photos?

Each student sees what they uploaded. The organiser sees everything and can unlock the full gallery for individual guests.

How many photos can we collect?

Up to 100, 400 or 1,000 photos and videos depending on the plan.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan your QR code with their phone camera, or open your link, and upload from the browser. There's no app and no account. It works on iPhone and Android.

How much does it cost?

One payment per event, from £19. There's no subscription. The plans differ in how many uploads they take, how long uploads stay open and how much storage you get.
